Bures
During your stay on Turtle, your home will be one of only 14 "bures": traditional, two-room, thatched cottages built by Fijian craftsmen. Each is spacious, comfortable and filled with light. Gentle trade winds carry the scent of tropical blossoms through the breezy interiors. Located on a famous powder sand beach facing the famous Blue Lagoon.
Special attention has been paid to the overall design of the bures, combining modern building techniques with traditional Fijian craftsmanship.

Holiday Home
Each bure offers all the comforts and serenity of a private, holiday home. Your separate sitting room features comfortable rattan chairs and couches with a bar and refrigerator stocked with your favorite beverages and an ice maker.

Grand Bures
All Grand bures have a king-size four-poster bed, an extensive dressing area, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and veranda with queen-size day bed. They are also equipped with a hairdryer, CD player, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, iron and ironing board.
Sunlight and sea breezes stream through the many louvered windows. Even on a hot and humid night you can enjoy a sound and restful sleep.
|
Vonu Point
Throughout the year, this premium beachfront bure becomes available for a limited period of time. Set apart and on high, Vonu Point offers the most panoramic view of the Blue Lagoon. For this reason it's the most sought after of the Grand Bures.
All bures have an outdoor veranda for napping on the day bed.

Bure Mamas
They aren't butlers. They aren't a concierge service. They don't have a "specialty", like consulting on what type of sunscreen is best. But they do have a smile. And they can respond to guests' needs in a moment's notice, because they are there to make the Turtle Island experience as wonderful and enriching as possible. They are known as Bure Mamas.

Fiji Island
The island is blessed with 14 white, naturally occurring sandy beaches, eight of which are available for private picnics. Some are naturally occurring palm fringed beaches. Some are adjacent to the living and dining areas, and some are totally isolated, bounded by high cliffs or set within a cove.
The island is most famous for its location in the famous Blue Lagoon of both Hollywood movies.
