Reservation Policy
Nightly Accommodations
Stella Maris requires a one-night deposit for one to three-night stays; two-night deposit for three to five-night stays; and a three-night deposit for five days or longer stays. Deposits are due 14 days from the day reservations are made. Cancellation policy is 14 days prior for full refund. Special deposit and cancellation conditions apply to Christmas and New Year bookings.
Packages
$350 deposit is charged per person for Inclusive Packages.
$250 deposit is charged per person of all other Packages.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty for cancellations minimum 14 days prior to arrival. Exception: Christmas, New Year, Easter Holiday which require 30 days prior notice.
