Reservation Policy
Nightly Accommodations
Stella Maris requires a 1/3 deposit at time of reservation. A Cancellation fee of $75 is applied to any cancellation. Refund policy is 14 days prior for full refund, less cancellation fee. Special deposit and cancellation conditions apply to Christmas and New Year bookings.
Packages
$350 deposit is charged per person for Inclusive Packages.
Cancellation Policy
A $75 penalty for cancellations. Refund of dedosit less cancellation fee with minimum 14 days prior to arrival. Exception: Christmas, New Year, Easter Holiday which require 30 days prior notice.
