There are no phones (phone/fax/internet for guest use in the office), no newspapers, and no TVs. FREE WIFI is available during the day in the lounge area and FREE phone calls can be to the US and Canada with help from the office staff. Emphasis is on a natural environment with relaxing, low-impact lifestyle. There is no dress code - bare feet, T-shirts, sarongs, anything (except neckties) is acceptable.
CHILDRENS DINNER POLICY--COMPLIMENTARY babysitting from 6-9pm for children 2-7 years in the "games room" which is adjacent to the lounge area. Kids eat from the kids meal and participate in games and arts and crafts with babysitters. Children under 2 years require one on one attention and an additional babysitter is brought in to care for your little one at a rate of $6 per hour. |

Reservation Policy
A deposit of one night's stay per person is required upon reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations within two weeks of stay, your deposit will be donated. For cancellations with more than two weeks notice, but less than 60 days, your deposit will be held for a future stay, because Small Hope Bay would like to see you soon. For cancellations with over 60 days notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. This policy does not apply to groups.
