Sunset Grill is Radisson Aruba Resort's signature restaurant in Aruba, boasting the AAA 4 Diamond Award. The Sunset Grille has made a name for itself for its culinary presentation, hand-selected USDA Certified Center Cut PRIME Beef and a variety of delectable seafood options. Sunset Grill is recipient of the "Best Restaurant in the Caribbean" by Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine. In addition, their outstanding wine list has received the highly acclaimed Award of Excellence for 2007 from Wine Spectator Magazine.

Mira Solo
Meaning "look at the sun" in Papiamento, the local language, Mira Solo is the first and only martini bar in Aruba. This open air lounge, perched above cascading waterfalls surrounded by lush gardens and tropical birds, features premium vodkas, scotches, cognacs and tequilas served by the resort's mix masters in whatever style or fashion you choose. Be sure to try one of the many specialty martinis.
To relax as the sun sets, start an evening, or dance to live entertainment as the evening winds down - Mira Solo is the place to be. Light fare is served in the evening, including appetizers and sushi rolls.
Monday-Thursday: 4pm-Midnight.
Friday: 4pm-2am.
Saturday-Sunday: Noon-2am.

Gilligan's
This is what fun, relaxed dining in Aruba is all about. Gilligan's Beach Bar and Grill serves all your favorite salads, burgers, pizzas, fajitas and sandwiches. The beach bar creates some of the coolest piña coladas, mojitos and daiquiris on the island. Stop by during its Sunset Salute Happy Hour with live entertainment nightly to celebrate another end to a beautiful Aruban day.
Breakfast: 7am-11am.
Lunch: noon-5pm.
Dinner: 6pm-10pm.
Bar: 11am-10:30pm.
