Between Silvia and Paolo, they speak fluent English and German (as well as their native Italian!). Silvia and Paolo like to provide guests with a warm and informal environment in which they can feel like friends of the family. They enjoy taking care of guests and looking after their particular needs without imposing themselves in any way.

Reservation Policy
Upon confirmation: 50% of total price by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Upon leaving: balance payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of total price.
Cancellation between 29 and 1 day before arrival: cancellation fee 70% of total price.
No Show: Cancellation fee 100% of total price.
