Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Full pre-payment due to reservation office 45-90 days prior to arrival (depending on time of year). If you wish to pay by check, it must reach the resorts within seven (7) days of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Changes & Refunds - Individual Bookings HIGH/LOW SEASON
90 or more days prior to the date of arrival at hotel – Full Refund (less bank service charges).
60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival at the hotel – Forfeit 25% of deposit.
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the hotel – Forfeit 50% of deposit.
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at hotel – No Refund
