The Nonantum Resort is a waterfront resort in the picturesque seaside town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The resort, located on the river, is a short walk to the center of Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, with its unique shops, boutiques, art galleries, sea captains' homes, and historic landmarks. Guests can also stroll to a nearby fabulous sandy beach where you can connect to the Parson's Way Coastal Walk, a scenic walking path along the spectacular rocky coast of Maine from which you can view “Spouting Rock”, “Blowing Hole”, and the world famous “Walkers Point”, summer home of George and Barbara Bush. The “In-Town” Trolley stops at the Nonantum Resort's front door in season waiting to take you on a one-hour scenic tour of the Kennebunks.

Hotel and Inn Lodging
Nonantum Resort has 111 rooms in two side-by-side buildings — The Carriage House Inn and The Portside Lodge.

Original sections of the Carriage House Inn date back to 1884. This classic Inn offers a unique combination of contemporary styling and Victorian era ambiance.

Contemporary accommodations await guests in the modern Portside Lodge. Guests here can relax on their own private patio or deck, breathe in the salt air, and watch the lobstermen head to sea before returning hours later laden with their fresh catch. This is the place to watch the pleasure boats and sailboats cruise by.

Every room at the resort is uniquely decorated. All guest rooms feature free WiFi access, air conditioning, cable color television, phones, and private baths. Many rooms feature water views, gas fired woodstoves, mini-fridges, and coffee makers.

The Resort
