    Reservation Policy

    A deposit of one night's room and tax is taken at the time of reservation.

    Cancellation Policy

    Deposits for hotel rooms are refundable up until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 of arrival are a forfeiture of deposit. For condominiums the entire stay is collected and non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival.
