Every residence is fully furnished with modern amenities including flat panel televisions, hand-crafted furniture and luxurious fabrics. Guests at Las Terrazas will enjoy laid-back island vacationing and world-class scuba diving off the largest barrier reef in the Northern Hemisphere. But while the accommodations are luxurious, the atmosphere is casual. The dress of the day is usually shorts and sandals (if you can't handle being barefoot).

Reservation Policy
A deposit of $500 per room is required at time of booking. Full balance is due when reservations are booked within 45 days to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All written cancellations received at least 60 days prior to arrival will be charged an administrative fee of $75 per room. There will be no refunds for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to date of arrival, and all deposits and payments shall be forfeited. Guests that cancel have one calendar year to visit the resort and receive their room credit.
