   Description

A Very Rare Rainforest Retreat
Historic Lake Quinault Lodge, in the heart of the Olympic National Forest on beautiful Lake Quinault, is located in one of the world's very few temperate rainforests. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the resort offers a true getaway, with no telephones, TVs (except in lakeside rooms), or radios in guest rooms. You can enjoy the lobby fireplace and cozy period furniture plus amenities including an indoor pool, dry saunas, and panoramic lakeview dining.

Recreational opportunities abound, including hiking in old-growth forest of Douglas fir, Sitka spruce, hemlock and red cedar ... or relax under a multistoried canopy of ancient towering trees in the habitat of Olympic marmot, Roosevelt elk, black bear, and spotted owls. Lake Quinault Lodge offers access to a great variety of activities, from biking to fishing to boating (seasonal). And the rugged Pacific Coast is just 30 miles away.

You can experience all the wonders of the rainforest and the Olympic Peninsula at Lake Quinault Lodge, where the rest comes easy.
