    Reservation Policy

    An advance deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to hold a reservation. Payment of remainder of the balance is due at time of check out.

    Cancellation Policy

    A 48-hour cancellation notice is requred to receive a refund of the deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. If cancellations are received after 4:00pm, less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival day, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
