Reservation Policy
To secure your reservation, the resort requires a three-night deposit within 14 days of booking, applied to the first and the last two nights of your stay. If you make your reservation within 28 days of arrival, they ask that you secure your reservation with a credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Caneel Bay will refund your deposit if they receive your cancellation at least 28 days prior to arrival for winter season reservations, and at least 14 days prior to arrival for spring, summer and fall season reservations. For reservations over the Christmas/New Years period, special minimum stay requirements and deposit and cancellation policies apply.
