Reservation Policy

Within 14 days of confirmation a deposit of $300.00 per person is required with balance payable 45 days prior to arrival. Last minute reservations requires full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60-45 days 90% of deposit refundable.
Cancellation 45-30 days 50% of deposit refundable.
Cancellation 30 days and less no refund unless a replacement can be found.
If cancellation should occur for some uncertain reason monies will be kept as deposit for future reservations with surcharge of $100.00 per person.
