Bullion Bar - Opening Summer 2009
As part of its overall $15m makeover, the British Colonial Hilton Nassau hotel is creating Bullion Bar - the jewel in the Crown at this historic hotel in the Bahamas. The bar with its classic and colonial heritage brings to life the world of classic cocktails, great Champagne and fabulous drinking food. The double height space connected to the hotel lobby, creates a classic timber paneled bar room in a colonial framework within which contemporary furniture sit to produce a more modern feel.

The British Colonial Hilton Nassau has partnered with 'Stuart Cove' Aqua Adventures to bring you this fabulous vacation package. Stuart Cove has built a worldwide reputation as one of the best diving operations and have been exploring the reefs, wrecks, and coral walls of Nassau since 1978. During this time they have discovered the best of what Nassau has to offer for diving enthusiasts. They also offer Padi certified courses for the novice divers, in order for them to be able to participate in this dive vacation and really make the most of the experience.
